By the Grace of God, the garden is being planted. Between the rain and some health issues, it was becoming impossible. The rain has stopped and the health issues have eased up and here goes season #3.

In about 8 weeks we will be sending our meat chickens for processing. If you are interested in fresh, farm raised meat let us know.

We are so excited to announce by next year we will be selling eggs and possibly chickens. We have brought in around 60 chickens so far!

Hello everyone, we are winding down our season. Our tomatoes are refusing to end the season. We are giving tomatoes away to keep them from going bad. Let me know if you would like to come out and pick some.

Over 20 loaves of zucchini bread fresh out of the oven today. They are all ready for pick up! $8 each or any order over 4 loaves is $7 each.

Tart apples - 6 for $4 🍏
Cucumbers - 2 for $1 🥒
Jalapeño peppers - $2 for sandwich bag
Sweet peppers - $2 for six
Green peppers- 2 for $1 🫑
Some tomatoes- 6 for 5 or $0.75 each. 🍅
Candy cherry tomatoes - $2 pound
Cabbage - $4 each (large heads) 🥬
Broccoli - large head for $3 🥦
Eggplant - 2 for $3 🍆
Squash - 2 for $1
Zucchini - $3 each (large)

I am also taking zucchini bread orders again! Large loaf $8, 1/4 loaves $3. If you buy 4 or more loaves it’s $7 per loaf. Unfortunately, I can only take zucchini bread orders. I will be making other breads soon, but my window is closing for fresh zucchini.

Please don’t be upset with us if we run out of something or can’t offer something. We only have so much and what we do have I post. You can call before coming to check on availability (765)242-5004.

We are ONLY open during the day on the weekends. Weekdays we are here from 5:30p - 9p.

A lot of you have asked for my candy cherry (orange) tomatoes and I have a load of them. They are $1 per pound. We will be open Saturday 7/30 from 9 - Noon.

We also have some red tomatoes. Eggplant, green and sweet peppers, and even some fresh broccoli.

We were Schuyler to open this morning until the storm hit. I will update later on if we decide to open.

Holy cow Batman! I just visited a farmer’s market and all I can say is we are not charging what we could for veggies. But keeping with our theme of feeding our community at fair prices we will stay the same.

This week I have peas, green pepper, cucumbers, eggplant, and I also made a few extra loaves of zucchini bread. The cart will be out until 3:00.

This is what the cart is looking like today. Green peppers are $0.50 each or 5 for $2. Peppers are $0.25 each or all for $2. Small zucchini and squash are $1 each. The larger zucchini is $2 each. Eggplant is $1.00 each.

I will pick green tomatoes for 6 for $4. Green apples can be picked and are 6 for $3.

We will be closed for lunch at 12:00 and will reopen at 4:00. If the cart is outside but we aren’t out give us a honk or ring the door bell.

We are taking orders for old-fashioned zucchini bread. We do bake fresh out of the oven, so orders are made as I get them in; no day-old bread from us! The whole loaves are $8.00 each, and the mini loaves are $4.00 each. I can deliver within Wabash with orders of five whole loaves or more. Orders will be picked up at 1635 N 150 W, Wabash. Some of our customers have been asking me what to do with squash and zucchini. Here is a simple and great way to make them a part of a meal.

Cut into halves or quarters. Butter, garlic and onion powder. Put them on the top rack in your grill. Cook them for about 10 minutes turning twice. When they start to get soft pull them down to the bottom rack a let them cook about 5 minutes turning them a few times. Pull them off and eat. You can add more butter to taste.

I have stuff ready in the garden. I can pick mature zucchini, mature squash, hot peppers, green peppers, some cucumbers, eggplant, butter crunch lettuce. The tomatoes are not ripe yet. The apple tree is full but the apples aren’t ready yet. Call me for prices at 7652425004. We are very fair with our prices & we pick to order.

I will also be selling zucchini bread fresh out of the oven starting Thursday. I makes loaves to order. I am taking orders!
