Even in winter, our beans are hand-roasted outside over fire so that you can enjoy the warmth of that cup inside by the fire. Happy New Year! 🎊

Keep it simple. Keep it pure. You don’t need an expensive roaster to roast incredible coffee. ☕️

Did you know that a coffee bean is actually the seed of a fruit called a coffee cherry? 🤯

Because fire-roasted coffee beans make the best cup of coffee you’ve ever had. ☕️ 🔥

What kind of coffee are we roasting this week? Brazil 🇧🇷 is the world’s largest coffee producer and the Mogiana region is the most renowned. Grown at 2,400-3,600 feet above sea level, this medium roast is rich with notes of chocolate and almond. ☕️😋
