The Fully Loaded Spanish Hot Dog

The hot dog sauce is comprised of green peppers, sweet peppers, onions, ground beef and a couple secret ingredients. I topped the dogs with real bacon bits, diced pickle relish. Banana pepper relish and a homemade cheese sauce. And finally its all thrown down on a homemade yeast, honey bun.

Garlic Parmesan Shrimp with Homemade Cheesy Spaghetti Noodles.

The garlic shrimp was so good last week I had to make it again and throw it on top of these cheesy noodles. Nothing really fancy about this meal but the homemade egg noodles are so good with Velveeta Cheese and this shrimp.

I think this shrimp could go on anything!

Garlic Parmesan Shrimp - Round 2

Added the go-to honey and chili powder to the mix. This gave the shrimp a little more spice and just enough sweetness. Topped each shrimp with a little more cheese and broiled on low until the shrimp is pink and cheese starts getting crispy.

Fresh parsley and serve with any meal.
