Hey there! 👋
We’re Frank and Mary, the faces behind Roni’s Mac Bar! 🤗 You might know us already as the owners of Dough Re Mi — we’ve decided to expand into the restaurant world, too!
With almost 10 years of experience under his belt, Frank’s no amateur to the restaurant biz. 👨🍳 He’s helped manage companies like Cracker Barrel, Domino’s, Fuego Tortilla Grill- Baylor and Moroso Wood Fired Pizzeria (a Waco favorite!) and moved to Dough Re Mi full-time in March 2021! In his free time, you’ll find Frank jamming on his guitar or building furniture at his garage workbench. 🛠
Mary also has plenty of business experience behind her, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management! 🎓 After working as a restaurant manager in college, she decided to pursue her dream of starting her own business shortly after graduating. Thus, Dough Re Mi was born, and now Roni’s! When not working, you’ll find Mary making magic in her kitchen at home or brushing up on her German! 🇩🇪
We’re so excited to open SOON and introduce you all of the other incredible people making Roni’s happen! In the meantime, be sure to follow us for more updates 🥰

Dough Re Mi is a Temple-based business that makes cookie dough without any harmful ingredients, such as raw eggs and raw flour, making it safe to eat unbaked. With five different flavors to choose from, their cookie dough has quickly become a local favorite. Dough Re Mi offers two different catering options: Mini (2oz) Cups, which are perfect for dessert tables or passed desserts; and a Build-Your-Own-Dough Bar, which includes a large (64oz+) tub of plain dough and various toppings for guests to serve and mix themselves.
