From the garden to your kitchen, everything is carefully grown, blended, preserved, or packaged right here on my tiny quarter-acre farm.

Listen to that crunch. 🌱

This salad bouquet spent TWO WEEKS in my refrigerator before I finally got around to making this salad.

No special tricks. No revival soak. Just fresh greens harvested from Tasha’s Tiny Farm and stored in the fridge until I was ready to enjoy them.

I added lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and an apple and gave everything a rough chop, and the crunch speaks for itself.

Fresh salad bouquets available this Saturday at the market.
