Honey Blueberry muffins with Beach Bum Bees honey. 1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup honey
1 1/4 cup milk
2 egg
2 Tbl melted butter
1 Cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
Mix the dry then mix the wet, fold in the berries.
Scoop into lightly greased muffin pan bake 425 for 23-35 minutes. Do not cool in pan pop onto a rack
