The berries are stretching toward the sun.
The herbs are finding their footing again.
And here at Pick of the Prairie, we are too.

After a long winter, everything feels alive.
Fresh. Simple. Full of promise.

I’ve been busy in the kitchen and garden, creating new products rooted in the goodness of this magical place.

At Pick of the Prairie, it’s more than just food. It’s family.

I started this journey not only to share the kind of food that makes bellies happy and hearts full, but to honor the traditions passed down through generations. In our home, food has always been a way to connect, to celebrate, and to care for one another.

But when food allergies became part of our daily reality, I realized how hard it was to find products that were both safe and nourishing. Without compromising on taste or integrity. That’s when Pick of the Prairie became more than a passion project. It became a mission.

Every product I create is rooted in real ingredients, real care, and a deep respect for the families who, like mine, need better options. I believe everyone deserves food that feels like home; safe, wholesome, and made with love.
