🇺🇸2025 World Hereford Conference Young Breeders Competition🇺🇸

This past week we were honored to play a small role in this incredible competition during the 2025 World Hereford Conference! For the livestock judging contest, in conjunction with our good friends Fink Bros Livestock, we provided a haltered class of females all raised here at Redwood!

Additionally, Callahan served as an official for the contest and said it was one of the most fun and unique judging experiences he’s ever had.

Best of luck to all of the young breeders as they round out the competitions this weekend!

What an honor to be a small part of the World Hereford Conference and the Young Breeders Competition. Taking these heifers out of retirement for a judging class in the new Bilbrey Center, among Hereford enthusiasts from 7 countries - including our favorite Canadians - was an experience we will always remember! Pretty full circle for me - in so many ways!

The Pottawatomie County Fair is in the books! The weather was amazing, the food stand bill was less than I expected, the kids did great, and the families and friends we spent five days with are among our absolute favorites.

A split Saturday between baseball and livestock - Corbin and Austin headed to Onaga last weekend for the Pottawatomie County Fair Spring Show! So proud of our showman, who brought home banners for 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐦𝐚𝐧 in BOTH cattle and hogs.

It was a loooong day - but thankfully that meant his three biggest fans made it to the fairgrounds in time to watch him compete in the grand drive ‘round midnight.
