Cake pops are having a MOMENT right now and obviously, we’re totally here for it 🥳

But with more cake pops poppin’ up everywhere, we thought we’d share a little about what goes into ours.

Our founder is a BIG chocolate lover, so from the beginning, the chocolate was never going to be an afterthought. While almond bark is a common choice for cake pops, we wanted that rich chocolate taste AND that satisfying little snap of the shell when you take your first bite.

So we chose to invest in specialty compound chocolate from Stover & Company and it’s been worth every penny.

This past weekend, we made the trip to our supplier and stocked back up in BULK because it’s one of those ingredients we simply won’t compromise on.

Whether you’re a PopScotch customer who likes seeing a little more of what goes on behind the scenes, or a fellow cake pop maker considering making the jump to a higher-quality chocolate this is your sign. We genuinely love what we use!

Cute pops are fun. Cute pops that taste REALLY good? That’s the PopScotch standard.

The chocolate stash is full, the kitchen is ready, and we’re ready for your orders.

Let’s get poppin’!
