We’ve been busy preparing for fall and thrifted this beautiful red glass leaf dish that holds the perfect amount of our solid dish soap! 🍁

We’re hoping to be a vendor at a couple local farmer’s markets and festivals this holiday season, so if you like this dish or are interested in cute fall dish soaps, be on the lookout for us! 🎃🍂🍎

🚜Ranch Hand🚜

Look at this before and after one of our customers sent in!! They used our Ranch Hand (the perfect name, courtesy of Mr. Faithful Flock) face and body bar to clean their dirty ranch hands and ended up squeaky clean! 🫧

What’s different about this bar, and why it cleans so well, is because it contains more saponified coconut oil, which results in a much harder and more cleansing bar of soap. It also has activated charcoal, which absorbs grease and oil. It has a lower superfat percentage (which we’ll talk about in another post), so it’s perfect for dirty or oily skin that doesn’t need excess conditioning.

Today we took a little break from soap making to go school supply shopping, 4wheeler riding, and…drop off a few of our favorite bars of soap at Steam 'N Barrel Mercantile in Batesburg!! 🎉 We may have done some shopping while we were there too. 🤭 Steam ‘N Barrel has so many cool products and we’re so thankful they let us stock some of our bars there!!

We’re so excited to have product in a couple stores now, but we remain humble and trust in the Lord that our little business will work out in accordance to His will. It hasn’t been easy, but He never said it would be! Thank you all for your support so far! We are so blessed! 🩷

🎉SURPRISE!🎉 The Faithful Flock now has its very own shelf at 🍍The Vintage Pineapple🍍 in Ridge Spring!

We have plenty of solid dish soaps and a variety of all natural goat milk soaps in stock, so stop by and pick up your favorite! There’s also a new option to choose from with the solid dish soaps: hand made dish scrubbies made by our friend Edith Bragg! If you don’t want a bamboo scrub brush, pick up a dish scrubby in your favorite color instead!

We are feeling especially thankful and blessed today. Thank You Lord for this opportunity. Thank you to The Vintage Pineapple for allowing us to put our products in your lovely shop. Thank you to all our friends and family for the love and support. God is so good! ✝️

We feed some of our animals black sunflower seeds, but this little seed was lucky enough to escape. What a beautiful 🌻surprise🌻 to see this lovely bloom!

🍯🐰Honey Bunny🍯🐰

“Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.” - Proverbs 16:24

Still in disbelief that this beautiful butterfly decided to pay me a visit while taking pictures of our newest soap, appropriately named Honey Bunny! This one is going to be my favorite for a few reasons.

It’s made with milk and honey, a theme found in abundance throughout the Bible.

It has oatmeal, ground cinnamon, and a tiny bit of clove essential oil, which makes for a lovely-but-light warm scent.

Most importantly, it was named by (and after) my daughter, whose nickname has been Honey Bunny since she was a baby.

The butterfly photobomb feels like a little God wink, like confirmation that maybe our little business can make an impact on our community. Thank you all for your support, and thank You Lord for all You’ve blessed us with. Help us to always be a blessing to others. 🦋

🌼 Isn’t this pretty?!🌼 It’s a citrus bath bomb, colored with turmeric! It smells amazing, fizzes up beautifully, and……turns your skin and bathtub yellow. 😅 Don’t worry, I test everything before we offer it to the public! This one did not pass the test, unless the test is turning into a Minion. 🟡

🌄 Canyon Clove 🌄

This soap humbled me BIG TIME. Does it look kind of like a nice juicy cut of bacon? Yup. Did the batter seize up immediately, leaving me with concrete? Absolutely. Did I have to scrap a bunch of soap to clean it up and make it look presentable? You bet. BUT…is the end result beautiful if you choose to look at it through a positive lens? Definitely!!

To me, this soap looks like sunset in the Grand Canyon. It’s colored with Madder Root, and was supposed to be ombré. We kind of got there. It’s scented with clove, orange, cedarwood, and a touch of pine to create a slightly masculine, almost fall-like scent.

I’m pretty pleased with this happy little accident and learned quite a few lessons from its creation. It may seem insignificant to some, but I am thanking the Lord that it’s still useable and doesn’t all have to be scrapped. Praise the Lord. ✝️

🐮Moocalyptus Meadows🐮

This cutie is scented with eucalyptus, lemongrass, cedarwood, lavender, and just a touch of patchouli to give a fruity, floral, earthy scent! Merida thinks it smells good enough to eat!

Despite the adorable cow print pattern, it’s made with fresh goat milk. It also has meadowfoam seed oil, which I absolutely love in pretty much any beauty product. Meadowfoam is an amazing lightweight moisturizer that doesn’t clog pores or leave a greasy feeling on your skin! We use it often in soap, lip balm, lotion, and more. This bar is still curing, but I’ve used it a couple times and it’s sure to become a personal favorite! Would you try it?! 🫧
