A 1/4 cow bundle, a few weeks of family dinners, and a whole lot of good feedback. 🥩❤️

We love hearing what happens after an order makes it home and into the freezer especially when it turns into steak nights, go-to weeknight meals, and plans for another order.

"It has been a few weeks now since my family and I ordered 1/4 cow bundle and we are blown away with how amazing everything tastes. The family who operates this Ranch are the sweetest and truly know what they are doing. Their Beef is the real deal in quality and everything was packaged perfectly. The steak is out of this world…One night we made three different cuts of steak (Filet, Ribeye, and Sirloin) just to compare and each one quickly became a family favorite. The marbling was fantastic on all of them. Personally I still love my filets and this one was so juicy and melted in my mouth. The ground beef is out of this world and we eat it at least 3 times a week. We will definitely be ordering again."

Buckarama is in FULL SWING! Three buildings full of vendors and animal shows throughout the weekend. The director twisted our arm a little and we decided last minute to go grab a small freezer & bring some beef 🥩 Very limited inventory! We are in the McGill Building right beside GON. Stop by and say hi to Bill! Monica will be in & out throughout the weekend! (YES, we will still be at the International City Farmers Market tomorrow!)

🦌 Friday - Sunday all day! We’ll be in the McGill building right by GON. (We will not be bringing beef with us since we have farmers markets that overlap set up day but we’d still love to see your smiling faces.)

Federal officials are now asking consumers in Texas and Florida to check their freezers for beef imported from Argentina.

The Food and Drug Administration's Food Safety and Inspection announced that Corte Argentino, a company based in Florida, recalled almost 30,000 pounds of raw beef products produced in May.
