It's that time of year! Making my preliminary breeding plans for the fall! I may change a couple, bringing a doe or two to an off property buck. But dang it I want does from certain pairings with Rebel and I feel like I should use Channell Homestead RM Lucky as much as I can while he's here to visit! 🤣 It's not often to have his kind of potential on hand!
I also may choose to hold 2-3 of the younger girls over for a year. Vie, Coco and P***y will probably hit weight but having 5 yearling milkers to show would be really hard, not to mention it's double the amount of does I usually have delivering! Just feels like a lot.
In any case, all the seniors, all the yearlings, some larger kids. And no one gets bred until the middle of October. 🤣
