25 years - the day remains vivid in my mind as it does to so many.

Some memories don’t fade.
They become part of you.

For my generation, September 11, 2001 is one of those memories. We remember exactly where we were. We remember the fear, the confusion, the disbelief—and then we remember September 12th.

We remember how different America felt. How strangers became neighbors. How we stood together. How flags appeared everywhere. How, for a brief moment, we seemed to remember that we were Americans first.

Life moved forward. We grew older. We got married, raised families, changed jobs, moved, laughed, loved, and lived.

But we never really left that day behind.

So today, this is more than a cookie. It is a small reminder of the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the unity we found in the aftermath.

We remember. We honor. And we will never forget. 🇺🇸
