A couple of weeks ago I posted how great the Protexia hay covers are. So good in fact that I purchased another one. In addition to great covers their customer service is top notch. They texted me to make sure I was aware that they had changed the size of the X-Small and to assure this new size would work for me. I didn’t order any means of securing it since I had doubled that order the last time but another person texted me to make sure I hadn’t forgotten to order it. I then received another text after it arrived to make sure everything was shipped as expected. These folks know how to take care of their customers. This makes 3 covers for me and I will not go back to tarps. I used the pins to secure the first one but these last two I am using the bags. Love the bags over the pins.
