As we get older, the years may pass, but the memories remain.

Today, we are united by shared memories of and reflections on this tragic moment in history.

I remember arriving home from DC the night before, waking up early for my college class, and hearing the news. At first, I didn’t grasp the magnitude of what had happened until I left class and learned that the second tower had been struck.

Those who knew me growing up always expected I would follow in my parents' footsteps and join the FBI. However, it was this particular incident that shaped my decision to dedicate my career in the bureau to counterterrorism.

We never know the path we will end up on or what will come, but today, on the 25th anniversary of 9/11/2001, we pause to honor all those who fought, who lost loved ones, and who lived to continue the memories of their loved ones.

Bumbleberry Farms began in 2011 after founder Karen Sandusky Mosholder took a beekeeping workshop, set up a couple of hives in her backyard, and fell in love with the craft and her honeybees.

From Karen’s country kitchen came the first batches of Bumbleberry Farms’ Honey Cream Spreads, inspired by a family recipe and made just 18 jars at a time!

Today, they still make their Honey Cream Spreads in small batches with whole ingredients and no preservatives. Spread them on toast, biscuits, pancakes, or waffles, stir them into your coffee, or sneak a spoonful straight from the jar. We won’t judge! 😂
