Grab n Go Desserts + grab n go desserts, for those who are to busy or don't like to bake but want the taste homemade! I am a wife, mom, grandma, friend, who loves to bake.

The recipes I use were passed onto me by my mom and grandmothers I put my own personal touch on them for that oh so good feeling that puts a smile on your face remembering the warm feeling of grandmas baking when you were young.

Hi all it's been awhile since I have come on and updated you on what's up.
I ended up having total reverse shoulder replacement this year. Recovery is up to a year to get back all my muscle strength needed for all the steps of baking, packaging and selling. I'm not gone, I'm just in a recovery stage. Enjoy the rest of your summer and hoping to see you all back here in 2027. 💗 Thanks for keeping me in your hearts

EGG Substitutes for Baking

These are the easiest egg substitutes for baking. Hope you find it helpful. Each substitutes replace 1 egg. You can add more baking powder to make your baked goods more fluffy or rise better.

Substitute for 1 egg:
• SILKEN TOFU - 1/4 CUP or

• YOGURT - 1/4 CUP or

• 1 RIPE BANANA or

• 1 TBSP FLAXSEED + 3 TBSP WATER or

• APPLESAUCE - 1/4 CUP
