We passed our inspection today!!🎉🎊🥳

There is still a LOT of work to be done so please bear with us!!

The next few days will be spent acclimating ourselves to the new ovens and appliances, testing out batch sizes, and putting the kitchen together in a sensible workflow.

Thank you to everyone who is sharing and hyping us up! We are bound to encounter some hiccups along the way, so we really appreciate all the positive comments about what YOU are looking forward to when we open!

We have been getting calls and emails to order, but we are nit quite there yet! It will be posted once we are ready to starting taking custom orders--most likely sometime after we have been open for daily traffic. Just to work the kinks out! But we ARE one step closer!!

Finally arrived and unloaded with help from Peter, the husbands, and our friends at Bayfield Lumber (I see pie in their future!!)

Health Department pre inspection went great! We will be ready for the final inspection once the oven is all hooked up.

There are still lots of paperwork details to attend to, but it is moving along😍

We have our county health department pre-inspection scheduled! 🤞 We will most likely miss fresh strawberry season this year but there is raspberry, blueberry and peach to look forward to!
