The journey of Dos Maderas is written in oak. In the "tonelería" (cooperage), the craft is absolute. It’s where raw timber is transformed into the ultimate vessel, seasoned by time and Sherry to hold something far more valuable.

Every stave is meticulously fitted. Every "bota" (cask) is expertly repaired to ensure a flawless environment for the liquid to breathe. We don’t just rest our rum, we refine it.

This season, we're bringing aromatic accents like edible hibiscus or the earthy snap of thyme to add a sophisticated layer of flavor. For a more integrated profile, steep these botanicals into a house syrup to provide a complex spine for a classic Daiquiri.

This riff balances the triple-aged depth of Dos Maderas with the crisp character of Applejack. A structured, warming serve built for those rainy, low-temperature days where the wood and spice do the talking.

· 1 oz Dos Maderas 5+5 PX
· 1 oz Applejack
· 0.17 oz Spiced syrup
· 2 dashes Aromatic bitters

Instructions: Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with orange zest and a dehydrated apple slice.

Happy Songkran! It's Thai New Year – a celebration of origin, roots, and is the unique starting point of our own journey.

Before Dos Maderas Origen Thailand is refined in sherry casks in Jerez, its foundation is forged in the heat of Southeast Asia.

To mark the occasion, make a Birdseye with us. A cocktail as spicy as its homeland.

· In a Highball glass, lightly muddle half a small bird's eye chili, 6-8 mint leaves, and 3 lime wedges.
· Add a half ounce of simple syrup and 2 oz. of Dos Maderas Rum Origen Thailand.
· Top with crushed ice and stir.
· Garnish with new fresh mint.
