🦐🦪 Garlic Butter Mussels & Shrimp 🧄🧈

🛒 Ingredients
🦪 1 kg fresh mussels, cleaned
🦐 ½ kg shrimp, peeled and deveined
🧈 ½ cup unsalted butter
🧄 2 whole garlic bulbs, finely chopped
🧄 1 tsp garlic powder
🧂 Salt, to taste
⚫ Black pepper, to taste
🌶️ 1 tbsp paprika
🔥 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust according to your preferred spice level)
🧀 Grated cheese, for topping
👨🍳 Directions
1️⃣ Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
2️⃣ Sauté the chopped garlic until fragrant and lightly golden. 🧄✨
3️⃣ Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until they start turning pink. 🦐
4️⃣ Add the mussels and season with garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. 🌶️🧂
5️⃣ Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes or until the mussels open. Discard any unopened mussels. 🦪
