Rachel received her certification through the American Private and Personal Chefs Association. Her background in cooking originates from her diverse ethnicity. Being influence by her Mississippi /Louisiana grandparents and Korean mother, she was taught from a very small child to embrace down home cuisines with an overseas flair. She spent over two decades in Los Angeles where eating everything fro

m tofu to turkey burgers were the normal. She then spent 10 years in the wonderful state of Texas where her culinary skills began to flourish into a whole new realm. Chef Rachel currently resides in the DC/ Maryland/ Virginia region, where seafood is now the main course! She has engulfed her many travels into a wonderful business surrounding food. She caters everything from the small intimate gatherings to the larger corporate affairs.
