Join us for a b**r tasting with Sam from Atlas Brew Works, one of DC’s homegrown craft breweries. We’ll taste through a selection of Atlas b**rs, talk brewing, and hear the stories behind the b**rs from someone who knows them best.

Atlas Brew Works started in 2013, when founder Justin Cox discovered a warehouse in Ivy City and set out to build a brewery with a simple mission: bring people together over delicious craft b**r. Today, Atlas is a neighborhood production brewery and taproom with locations across the DC area, including the Bridge District, Navy Yard, Alexandria, and DCA.

And Atlas isn’t just about great b**r, it’s also committed to sustainability. Since 2015, Atlas has been a solar-powered brewery, using solar energy to help offset the carbon footprint of its energy-intensive brewing process.

Get ready to celebrate Oktoberfest a little early!

Join us at MacArthur Beverages on Saturday, August 29th, from 11am to 4am for our Prior-Oktoberfest Tasting, an afternoon dedicated to great German w**es, traditional Märzen la**rs, and delicious German fare.

Chef Rodrigo will be pouring a special selection of five German w**es from Spreitzer, Falkenstein, and Selbach-Oster. Come taste your way through a variety of classic German styles and discover some new favorites while Chef Rodrigo shares his expertise and enthusiasm for the w**es.

B**r lovers, Daniel will be pouring a lineup of Oktoberfest Märzen la**rs both local and imported from Germany, the rich, malty, wonderfully drinkable b**rs traditionally associated with the celebration that started in 1810 with the wedding of Bavarian Crown Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese.

Plus traditional inspired German fare that Chef Rodrigo will have for us to enjoy; pretzels, and plenty of Oktoberfest spirit for the perfect Saturday afternoon.

Bring your friends, and get your Oktoberfest celebration started early! Five German w**es, Märzen la**rs, traditional German food, and a good time await. Prost!
