Hellbender Brewing Company was founded by Head Brewer, Ben Evans, a research scientist with an extensive background in microbiology and neuroscience. Before founding Hellbender, Ben apprenticed at several microbreweries and was an avid homebrewer for more than 12 years.

LAST CALL. Taproom is open 1PM-MIDNIGHT tonight and Sunday. We will be permanently shutting our doors at the end of Sunday after ten years. LT and I will be behind the bar all weekend, so come get some fresh six packs to-go, and raise one last pint in this celebration of life. and will be here today, and El Jefe will be back tomorrow with DJ Tokyo Love Handles.
