There's an interesting story on how I started baking this cake. You see...
I was furloughed on December 22nd. I was very uncomfortable with NO money coming into the house. Did I mention that my husband, Eric works with me so he too was an unpaid essential employee! I began to brainstorm how to raise funds and my girlfriend Marilyn reminded me that she LOVES my 7 Up pound cake!
We discussed price and she was my first customer.When I delivered the cake and she sent the payment via cash app, I grinned from ear to ear. My husband hated everything about the packaging and told me so constantly. He got involved and found the most beautiful red boxes. He said the cake purchase should look like a present because who doesn’t love to receive a present! So Joyful Bundts was born! We’ve been in business since 1/10/2019 and have sold almost 100 cakes!

Fun fact, I make 8 cakes per day before going to my good government job! Oh, yeah my team and I make it happen.
