Like most people in my industry it has been a growing pain to stay on the path of over the last year in the half. I have been though almost every major life change over the past 2 years and it has been to abandon pride to progress forward. All that being said have emerged that have to celebrated and given the same amount of energy as the . has selected me to become his beverage director for his amazing restaurant concept in Tribeca, New York! I am excited to work together with him to bring Cajun classics to Manhattan. More is yet to come stay tuned 📺!

#2021 starts today! I have participated in this campaign not for any compensation. It is away to try to ensure that I am somehow helping give back to the industry that has given me a place to grow. I have been behind the scenes working on some new projects! What better way to get active on Instagram that with my entry for .citys.best and my cocktail this cocktail is inspired by the traditional Mexican version of a charcuterie board when sampling mezcal. It was made to remember those we have lost during the pandemic.

Muerte Vital
Blanc infused with cucumber 🥒
orange bitters
jalapeño wine
espadin

Garnish with cucumber radish and orange oil.

Hopefully 3rd time is the charm.

Blanco de Blanc is inspired by my Mexican fantasy vacation to Tulum! I remember seeing a video about “The Pit” in cenote goes 600feet below the sea! It is amazing to watch the light narrow the deeper it gets. There is also a 50 foot layer where the fresh water meets the salt water. This video and history of inspired me to make this version.

Blanco de Blanc

Ingredients:
2oz Blanco
1oz Blanc Vermouth (infused with butterfly pea tea)
3dashes cardamom bitters
1 pickled radish (rice vinegar basil oregano brine)

Preparation
Chill coupe glass.
Put ice in mixing glass
Put all above ingredients in glass and stir until slight condensation has formed
Strain into chilled coupe glass(without ice)
Garnish with pickled Radish
Enjoy responsibly and repeat!
