Coconut Flour Crackers 🥥✨
Ingredients:

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
❶ Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

❷ Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a bowl, mix the coconut flour, ground flaxseeds, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until well blended.

❸ Add Wet Ingredients:
Stir in the eggs, olive oil, and water. Mix until a smooth dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a teaspoon of water at a time.

❹ Roll Out the Dough:
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out evenly to about 1/8 inch thickness.

❺ Cut the Crackers:
Remove the top sheet of parchment and cut the dough into small squares or rectangles using a knife or pizza cutter.

❻ Bake the Crackers:
Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

❼ Cool and Serve:
Allow the crackers to cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking them apart. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.

1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
❶ Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

❷ Blend the Chickpeas:
In a food processor, blend the chickpeas until smooth and creamy.

❸ Add the Wet Ingredients:
Add the almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking powder to the food processor. Blend until a smooth dough forms.

❹ Mix in the Chocolate Chips:
Transfer the dough to a bowl and fold in the chocolate chips.

1 cup dried figs, stems removed
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions:
❶ Prepare the Ingredients:
In a food processor, combine the dried figs and walnuts. Pulse until finely chopped and well combined.

❷ Add the Remaining Ingredients:
Add the oats, honey, cinnamon, salt, and chia seeds (if using) to the food processor. Blend until the mixture comes together in a sticky dough.

❸ Shape the Bars:

1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
❶ Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the cups lightly.

1/2 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
Instructions:
❶ Preheat the Oven:

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup frozen peas
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
❶ Cook the Noodles:
