So I decided to make a carrot cake. Had my taste testers lined up. I forgot to take a picture before cutting it, but I like the pac-man look lol
The cake had to be nut free for various reasons, so I’m glad I found a recipe without them.
I was skeptical at first because the batter was very runny. I thought I might have done something wrong, but I followed the recipe exactly. Did a test cake just in case and it was perfect. This cake is absolutely delicious. The frosting was sweet, but not too much. Everyone was pleased. I would definitely make it again.
