🥧 My All-Time Favorite Pecan Cream Pie
A dreamy no-bake dessert (with just one baked crust!) that's creamy, nutty, and irresistibly rich. Sweetened with brown sugar and maple syrup, then topped with crunchy pecans—this pie is the perfect crowd-pleaser for holidays or any cozy get-together.
Ingredients
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1 cup heavy whipping cream
⅓ cup powdered sugar
16 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup maple syrup
1½ cups chopped pecans
¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Bake the Crust:
Blind bake the pie crust according to package or recipe directions. Let it cool completely before filling.
Make Whipped Cream:
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Prepare the Filling:
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, salt, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
Combine:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Stir in 1 cup of the chopped pecans.
Assemble & Chill:
Spread the filling evenly into the cooled crust. Sprinkle the remaining pecans over the top.
Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Slice, serve, and enjoy every creamy, nutty bite!
✨ Pro Tip:
Try toasting the pecans before adding them for an extra depth of flavor!
