T-2 days until Thanksgiving!!
We have another perfect big batch recipe for you and your guests: The Fishhouse Punch! Don’t worry - there’s nothing fishy about this classic, boozy rum punch fit for a Thanksgiving dinner with in-laws, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins….the whole works!
Check out our recipe below and get excited for the compliments from your friends and family after they try this citrusy, refreshing drink. A perfect pairing with all that turkey and stuffing!
Ingredients:
• 32 oz Light Rum
• 32 oz Brandy
• 16 oz Lime Juice
• 16 oz Lemon Juice
• 16 oz Pratt Standard Rich Simple Syrup
Steps:
1. The night before, freeze a large ice block that will fit in your serving container/punch bowl.
2. One hour before serving, combine all ingredients in the punch bowl and stir.
3. 30 minutes before serving, add the ice block to the punch.
4. Occasionally during serving, stir and submerge the ice block for even dilution.

Our Gin Thanksgiving Punch is the perfect (and tasty) fall drink to compliment your delicious Thanksgiving meal! (And it’s easy!)
Ingredients:
• 1 750mL bottle Gin
• 64 oz Orange Juice
• 16 oz Pratt Standard Cranberry Orange Syrup
• 0.25 cup Brown Sugar
• 25 dashes Aromatic Bitters
• 30 Orange Peels
Steps:
1. The night before, freeze a large ice block that will fit in your serving container/punch bowl.
2. 1 hour before serving, combine orange peels, bitters, and brown sugar in the bottom of your punch bowl.
3. 30-minutes before serving, add all other ingredients to the punch bowl, and the ice block.
4. Occasionally during serving, stir and submerge the ice block for even dilution.

Made from sour cherry juice, sencha green tea, and rose petal infusion, this delicate, floral syrup is loaded with springtime vibes. Warm up with this non-alcoholic ginger tea (you can add whiskey if you’d like to make it alcoholic). It’s our Head of Sales, Wes’ regular morning pick me up. The detailed recipe is on our recipes web app, but you can make this the lazy way- a few glugs of our ginger, and then top with hot water. Add honey or lemon if desired. Dry January made easy :)
