Food Jenga! Tomato, Roquefort, and Micros Stack. We’ve been busy playing with our food, and exploring best ways to expand our offerings. Yellow, green, and red tomatoes, Roquefort cheese, and our USDA certified organic microgreens and microherbs — stacked, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, and topped with a pinch of black pepper and grated dried red pepper makes for a refreshing warm weather treat.
