The program reaches nearly 140,000 high school students throughout the United States, Guam and Department of Defense Education Activity schools in Europe and the Pacific.

The meal starts off with a mouth-watering scallop dish topped with orange basil gastrique. A pan-roasted chicken breast is served next with mushroom and sweet vermouth pan sauce. Last but not least, lemon ricotta fritters for dessert. We're so proud of all their hard work! #MadeInProStart
