The Dish, RD

The Dish, RD A dietitian's blog with "the dish" on the latest evidenced based nutrition facts!
(4)

The purpose of this page is to disseminate correct, evidenced-based nutritional knowledge so that nutrition questions can be answered. As a Registered Dietitian, I will be featuring a variety of nutritional topics including general healthy guidelines, recipes, and recaps on the latest fads and rumors to give you "the dish" from a dietitian herself on the latest nutritional research. Remember, everyone is different and not every piece of nutritional advice applies to everyone. My posts will provide public dietary education, but should never override any physician's recommendations. Always talk to your doctor if you have any questions about making major dietary changes. If you have any questions, please fill free to email me on my Contact page. Thanks for your time and enjoy healthy living!
