1. Chocolate Mousse Cake
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
• 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
• 1/4 cup melted butter
For the Mousse:
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 8 oz dark chocolate (melted)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp cold water
Procedure:
1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a pan. Chill.
2. Bloom gelatin in cold water.
3. Melt chocolate and let cool slightly.
4. Whip cream with sugar until soft peaks.
5. Mix gelatin with chocolate, then fold into whipped cream.
6. Pour over crust and refrigerate for 4–6 hours.
2. Strawberry Mousse Cake
Ingredients:
For the Base:
• 1 cup crushed graham crackers
• 3 tbsp melted butter
For the Mousse:
• 1 pound fresh strawberries
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp cold water
Procedure:
1. Prepare crust and chill.
2. Blend strawberries with sugar.
3. Bloom gelatin and mix into strawberry puree.
4. Whip cream and fold into mixture.
5. Pour over crust and refrigerate until set.
3. Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
• 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
• 1/4 cup melted butter
For the Mousse Layers:
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (divided)
• 8 oz dark chocolate
• 8 oz milk chocolate
• 8 oz white chocolate
• 3 tsp gelatin + 6 tbsp cold water
Procedure:
1. Prepare crust and chill.
2. Make three mousse layers separately (dark, milk, white).
3. For each layer: melt chocolate, mix with gelatin, fold in whipped cream.
4. Layer one by one, chilling between layers.
5. Refrigerate until fully set.
4. Raspberry Mousse Cake
Ingredients:
For the Base:
• 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
• 3 tbsp melted butter
For the Mousse:
• 1 1/2 cups raspberries
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp cold water
Procedure:
1. Prepare base and chill.
2. Blend raspberries and sugar.
3. Mix in bloomed gelatin.
4. Fold in whipped cream.
5. Pour over crust and chill until set.
5. Mango Mousse Cake
Ingredients:
For the Base:
• 1 cup crushed graham crackers
• 3 tbsp melted butter
For the Mousse:
• 1 1/2 cups mango puree
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp cold water
Procedure:
1. Prepare crust and refrigerate.
2. Mix mango puree with sugar and gelatin.
3. Fold in whipped cream.
4. Pour into pan and chill for 4–6 hours.
6. Oreo Mousse Cake
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
• 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreos
• 1/4 cup melted butter
For the Mousse:
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 8 oz white chocolate
• 1 cup crushed Oreos
• 1 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp cold water
Procedure:
1. Prepare Oreo crust and chill.
2. Melt white chocolate.
3. Mix gelatin with chocolate.
4. Fold in whipped cream and crushed Oreos.
5. Pour over crust and refrigerate.
7. Lemon Mousse Cake
Ingredients:
For the Base:
• 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
• 3 tbsp melted butter
For the Mousse:
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp cold water
Procedure:
1. Prepare base and chill.
2. Mix lemon juice, sugar, and gelatin.
3. Fold in whipped cream.
4. Pour over crust and refrigerate until set.
8. Tiramisu Mousse Cake
Ingredients:
For the Base:
• 10 ladyfinger biscuits
• 1/2 cup coffee (optional)
For the Mousse:
• 1 1/3 cups heavy cream
• 8 oz mascarpone cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp cold water
Procedure:
1. Dip ladyfingers in coffee and arrange in pan.
2. Mix mascarpone, sugar, and gelatin.
3. Fold in whipped cream.
4. Spread over base and chill.
5. Dust with cocoa before serving.
9. Matcha Mousse Cake
Ingredients:
For the Base:
• 1 cup crushed graham crackers
• 3 tbsp melted butter
For the Mousse:
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 2 tbsp matcha powder
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp cold water
Procedure:
1. Prepare crust and chill.
2. Dissolve matcha in a little warm water.
3. Mix with sugar and gelatin.
4. Fold into whipped cream.
5. Pour over crust and refrigerate until firm.
