10/10, would recommend the buttermilk-brined southern fried chicken by ! It paired amazingly with our PINNACLE golden rye lager.

This fried chicken had a pleasant hit of spice from lots of freshly cracked black pepper and a solid pinch of cayenne in both the buttermilk brine and the batter. The latter is also packed with baking soda to promote an airy, craggy crust with lots of crispy surface airy. With all of that flavor packed into the juicy, meaty chicken, our PINNACLE is the perfect pairing as it brings a refreshing herbal hop flavor and a solid, malty backbone accentuated by a large addition of malted rye. Lagered for over 8 weeks and at 4.9% ABV it leaves helps to refresh the palette and leaving you with enough room for another beer...and another biscuit.
