People Against Child Hunger (PACH) is grateful to the Optimist Club of Watertown for its generous $500 donation. This contribution will help provide nutritious food to children in our community who face food insecurity.

The Optimist Club’s continued support makes a real difference in the lives of local children, helping ensure they have the nourishment they need to learn, grow and thrive.

“We are thankful for the Optimist Club’s commitment,” said Jenni Wirkus of PACH. “This donation will fund one week of fresh fruit.”

Watertown Fire Rescue Jake Jorgenson accepts a $500.00 Donation from Watertown Optimist Club to help with Children’s Education program.

The donation was presented by Val Engels President of the Watertown Optimist Club. This will help fund important educational initiatives that teach local children about fire safety, prevention and the role of first responders in our community. The Watertown Optimist Club is passionate about supporting local youth and organizations in our community.

Watertown Fire rescue says the contribution will make a lasting impact by helping to provide learning, experiences, visits and other fire-safety programs for children of all ages.

Watertown Fire Rescue Jake Jorgenson stated they are incredibly grateful for the support of our community. These funds will help us educate and empower our kids, and that makes our community a safer for everyone.

Today we granted the Watertown Trap and S***t Club with a $500.00 grant to support youth trap leagues. Trap league is one of the safest growing sports in the US.
