Beneath the cool earth, crimson and white oblong roots swell in the quiet dark, reaching down into the rich, loose soil.

With just a splash of water and the morning sun, they transform from tiny seeds to a crisp, peppery harvest in a mere three weeks.

Pulling them fresh from the garden bed to slice onto warm, buttered bread turns a simple daily routine into a beautiful, flavorful ritual.

As a space curator, I love turning details into an experience. Inside a sage-colored basket sits a stack of folded napkins. Each one is tied with a strand of gorgeous, bright fuchsia raffia. Tucked into the ribbon is a delicate, dried French lavender sprig picked straight from my garden.
