Green Appetit Microgreens Premium, locally grown microgreens from our family to yours. Our journey into growing microgreens began as an idea to improve the health of our family.

Understanding that whole foods, fruits, and vegetables are the best source of nutrition, we realized that microgreens often contain even more essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than fully grown produce. After growing our first batch of microgreens, we happily discovered that our whole family loved them, even our dog! That’s when we felt confident this adventure in microgreens could gro

w into something even more. 🌱

With lots of love, planning and practice, we expanded our growing operation to offer our delicious microgreens to you! We hope you enjoy them as much as we do and tell your friends and family about Green Appetit. We are currently selling our fresh microgreens at the following Indoor Farmers Markets:

Woodstock on the following Saturdays from 9am-1pm:
11/18, 12/2, 12/16, 12/23, 1/6, 1/20, 2/3, 2/17, 3/2, 3/16, 3/30, 4/27

Huntley on the following Saturdays from 9am-1pm:
11/11, 12/9, 1/13, 2/10, 3/9, 4/13

Our microgreens are also available to purchase at Milk & Honey Farmstead in Wauconda. We hope to see you soon!
