We’ve been waiting well over a year for this moment. The bulbs are cured, cleaned, and looking great — and we’re excited to finally bring High View Garlic to market for the first time.🧄

HUGE "Thank you!" to everyone who came out to visit us yesterday at the Waukesha Farmer's Market!! 😍 We really had no idea what to expect, and it was amazing to meet tons of new friends and we were thrilled to bring scapes to so many people who have never tried them before! 🌱We ran out of recipe cards, so I'll post it here for those who didn't receive a paper copy! I'll also post the pesto recipe I use in a separate post 💚
