Hi friends, i have decided I am closing the micro bakery

This decision comes from many days and hours of thought,prayer and seeking advice and counsel from those that are closest to me in my life, first and foremost my husband

The physical, mental and financial demand is too high and I simply cannot manage it along with all of the responsibilities I have with home, family and Church. Those things come first and always will.

I want to say I'm sorry for the disappointment this causes and I thank you so much for supporting me via your purchases.

The search ends here. This is the perfect sandwich loaf. Light fluffy chewy, yet sturdy crumb. This is my olive oil sandwich bread. Similar to focaccia, but baked as a loaf. It makes the perfect BLT.
