Cinnamon Donut Bread Recipe 😋🍞

Transport yourself to those sweet mornings filled with the warm aroma of cinnamon donuts! This Cinnamon Donut Bread is the perfect treat to share with friends and family. Here’s how you make it:

Ingredients:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 cup granulated sugar

• 2 tsp baking powder

• 1 tsp baking soda

• 1 tsp ground cinnamon

• ½ tsp salt

• 2 large eggs

• 1 cup buttermilk

• ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the topping:

• ¼ cup granulated sugar

• 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

3. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla until well combined.

4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

6. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon for the topping, then sprinkle it evenly over the batter.

7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8. Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Enjoy every sweet, cinnamon
