Yum! Winter harvest ❤ ..meanwhile they build soil 8hrs a day, 7 days a week from the leaves we toss into thier rotating paddock. Scratch (aeration) and p**p (nitrogen component) and repeat × a million. That is how to rapidly turn leaf piles (carbon component) into living compost.

Spring is nearing and we got Daikin, small red radishes, and golden beets seeds in the ground this morning!
Bok Choy and Butter Crunch lettuce seeds are in trays to transplant next month, and we are in the market for (more) chicks.
