Finished picking all our crop of grapes for this year on Friday. The whites were mid July and the reds this past week . Our vineyard is on a nice downslope facing southwest so we get early ripening. Lots of sun and good drainage from the heavy rains thaty can come. Reeling from last years 17 year cicada infestation it’s about 50% of our usual year due to loss of fruiting canes that are your current season grapes. 🤷♂️
Always a challenge we go forward to produce our best Estate wines from only our own farm grown grapes. 🍇
