As most of you know, we have a new special item EVERY weekend… 🙌

Michel is the mastermind behind this one, unfortunately he got camera shy last minute so Carmela and I were hired to pose in his place. Hopefully we did a decent job?

Today and tomorrow only, we are bringing out a new fraisier matcha patisserie! Derived from our traditional best seller, the fraisier cake! 🍓

PS: If you’re not a matcha fan, we also have the new homemade Buffalo Chicken Pain Suisse! 🥐

Happy Tuesday! 🥐 (swipe to 3rd slide)

We woke up this morning and George had texted the slack channel saying “tested it at home. It slaps” followed by a picture of a brand new matcha drink recipe he made haha

We’ve been testing this brand new matcha recipe all morning that he has been working on… and it unanimously got really great reviews from the team. 👀

A new homemade mango sticky rice matcha! 🥭

In the meantime, he wanted to show off some of his other creations. The strawberry matcha, matcha latte and ube matcha latte!

Weekend Special Alert! ❤️

Starting tomorrow, we are trying out a new item, we are taking some of our Plain Croissant and filling them with a little bit of Passion Fruit, Mango and Lime Crémeux! Homemade of course 🥐

Hello everyone! The whole team has been working so hard we almost forgot to share the Mother’s Day specials!

But we of course made sure that we would have some new limited edition viennoiseries and parti series , perfect to celebrate with the family! ❤️

After one of the most hardworking and most rewarding week ever, i cannot wait to settle down and see all of you for Mother’s Day weekend! 🙌

I will be there baking this weekend!

1. We’ve got one of the fan favorites, the bi-color strawberry / pastry cream croissant! 🥐

2. The Heart Shaped Danish with Raspberry Jam, Pastry Cream and fresh raspberries.

3. And the brand new Pistachio Strawberry Heart! With a new pistachio paste artisanal!

Mom and I have decided to pause the signature drinks for a few weeks after 1 month of trying it. ☺️

This will start next week (Mother’s Day week) and maybe a few weeks after that until we can be fully setup at the new facility.

While we appreciate all of the new customers coming in to try our drinks and baked goods we simply do not have the space to make them fast enough for now on a week like Mother’s Day.

We are an authentic bakery before all and not a coffee shop, so that will always be the focus.

We are actively working on a solution by upgrading our store! 🙌

Between the new facility opening and some tough feedback, morale is not at an all time high to say the least haha. Thanks Google Reviews lol - we also need a bit of rest, don’t want mom to collapse haha ❤️

We are Wellesley in Bloom ready! 🌸

Starting May 2nd, a ton of Wellesley businesses will have a flower theme for a week or so leading to Mother’s Day. Make sure to check them all out!

Of course, we will have a ton of special items coming soon for Mother’s Day weekend. We know the line may be long but it will be WORTH IT! Promised. ❤️
