Wilson Lake definitely lives up to its reputation. Crystal clear & one of the most serene lakes in KS. I was on the water this time around (looking like my lobster friends rn) but plan to go back ASAP to hike!

I have been elated (and surprised!) at how adventurous everyone's taste buds are at the WhistleStop Cafe.🥰 Visitors are still requesting the Miso Fettuccine & Kimchi Tacos from a few weeks ago (yes I will bring them back very soon). You know what that means it will get more weird & creative.🙌

When ingredients are vibrant & colorful, fresh (from the Arb gardens), fermented (gut+brain health) with warming, cooling & healing spices from around the world, it will always taste 💯.

May's menu is inspired by AAPI Heritage Month. Also, Happy Graduation to all the lifelong learners!🎓🌳

On Mother’s Day, we will be dedicating our latest art installation. Lovingly built by creative Soil Sisters, our new raised beds honor both Motherhood and Mother Nature - two perennial forces that have been supporting one another here for over a century. Join us at 2:30 on Sunday afternoon as we bless this beautiful landscape that celebrates the changing seasons of our mother’s lives as the circle keeps on turning.

4:00pm Concert - Wine, Women & Song🎵
As is tradition, Grace Hill Winery will be here with their signature libations, along with live performances by Oklahoma country crooner Janet Rutland, followed by Songs from the Garden - courtesy of Arboretum steward Robin Macy, and surprise guests.
