For market tomorrow, I've got rhubarb, asparagus, free-range eggs, and - surprise! - the first radishes of the season. A new batch of radishes got planted today as well.

Saturday produce line up:

Asparagus - come at 10 as it sells quickly.
Rhubarb - add 1 cup of chopped rhubarb to waffles or pancakes for a delightful pop of flavor.
Eggs - free range chickens are laying some very delicious eggs to add to the rhubarb pancakes or waffles!

SCHEDULE CHANGE: While the asparagus is ripe for the picking, the rhubarb is not. So I will not be at the Blue Earth Farmers Market market on May 2nd. My first sale day will be May 9th instead.

With volunteer onions, first strawberry leaves, and garlic shoots popping up, planting season is right around the corner! I'm checking for rhubarb and asparagus weekly, although the cooler nights will likely hold them back a little longer yet.

Eggs are back! Our free-range hens don't seem to mind the colder days. Call, text, or message if you need a dozen ($4).
