Eating Made Simple by BettyJo Why do they make eating nutritious so confusing? Why all the rules? Add a need for special dietary needs. What do we eat? How do we eat it? I miss my community!

Let's help each other through this confusing world of food. With all those crazy rules! There are no Food Police! When I opened my Brick and Mortar in 2010, I had no idea what a community it would become of like minded people. I so enjoyed the everyday contact with everyone face to face. I closed in 2014, when I took my knowledge and classes on the road. Fast forward to 2020 when the world shut down and so did my classes. Not being super techie, I didn't transfer to social media, although I tried. Late 2022 my life changed all because of an accident. During my 6th month recovery I really took a hard fast look at myself, how I was living my life, happiness and where I was going. I miss teaching, sharing my knowledge of natural alternatives, skin care, body care, all things food and the other products I carried. So many of my old product providers were also small family businesses. In today's world most of those small businesses have Affiliate or Brand Rep codes. Now I can still provide you with products from other small businesses, my favorites and a whole lot of new products. Yes, when you click on a link, I may earn a small commission or free product for sharing their link. That is how social media marketing works. Doesn't mean you need to sell anything just enjoy being a consumer of the products you like. I looking forward to sharing my knowledge with all of you and answering your questions.

It is a shame how they USA destroys our food... Best eggs from your local farm. No synthetic vitamins, no weird foods... and you support a local farmer, their family and your community. They are also cheaper. 😉
