We’re going to kick things off right for The Fermentorium Brewery & Tasting Room 10 Year Anniversary Party. Come on out Thursday, May 14th to start your weekend early. It doesn’t get much better than tacos and beer!

Tacos:

Barbacoa style brisket topped with kimchi, sour cream, feta cheese and green onions.

Sliced pork belly tacos topped with sriracha, sour cream, pickled red onions, sliced radishes, cilantro, shredded lettuce and feta cheese.

Sides:

We’re bringing back our Asian style cucumber salad because we sold out last time and we’ll be introducing our SuperKickin’ Coleslaw.

We will also be serving ground beef and shredded cheese corn chip pies.

Powerbomb combos (2 tacos, 2 sides) will be available.

We’ll be serving from 4:30pm - 8pm.

This is your reminder to come on out to The Fermentorium Brewery & Tasting Room in Cedarburg this Saturday, April 4th from 4pm-8pm. You can find us next to the taproom in the Event Space, but for the night we’ll be calling it the Royal Rumble Room.

Menu and more info…..

Pulled Pork Tacos, topped with green sauce, pickled red onions, sliced radishes, cilantro and feta cheese.

Pulled Chicken Tacos, topped with Alabama white sauce, cucumber & pickle relish and shredded red cabbage.

Sides will be Asian style cucumber salad and classic potato salad

Tacos will be $5 and sides will be $3. We’ll have a combo that will include 2 tacos and 2 sides for $15.

We will also have ground beef and shredded cheese Walking Tacos or corn chip pies available for the kids (and adults) for $5.

Today is the big day, if you will. Come on out to The Ark located below The Outbreak in beautiful downtown West Bend. You must enter through The Outbreak and go downstairs. The food and festivities start at 6pm. Cost is $20. No advanced tickets needed. Full bar will be available. All info is available in the event. See the link in the comments.
