We’re going to kick things off right for The Fermentorium Brewery & Tasting Room 10 Year Anniversary Party. Come on out Thursday, May 14th to start your weekend early. It doesn’t get much better than tacos and beer!
Tacos:
Barbacoa style brisket topped with kimchi, sour cream, feta cheese and green onions.
Sliced pork belly tacos topped with sriracha, sour cream, pickled red onions, sliced radishes, cilantro, shredded lettuce and feta cheese.
Sides:
We’re bringing back our Asian style cucumber salad because we sold out last time and we’ll be introducing our SuperKickin’ Coleslaw.
We will also be serving ground beef and shredded cheese corn chip pies.
Powerbomb combos (2 tacos, 2 sides) will be available.
We’ll be serving from 4:30pm - 8pm.
