A week ago, Medium Rare Media was just an idea.
Today, I'm proud to announce that we're officially partnering with Salem Gardens as they celebrate 100 years of serving the Cincinnati community. 🎉
I had the chance to go behind the scenes, hear the stories, meet the incredible team, and enjoy some amazing food. The spicy cheese cubes absolutely lived up to the hype, the Fuego Burger was outstanding, and the hospitality made me feel like family.
Thank you to Annie and everyone at Salem Gardens for believing in my vision and trusting me to help tell your story.

One of my favorite food memories happened at Salem Gardens.

It was my first time there, and I still remember trying the spicy cheese cubes and the buffalo chicken wrap. Sometimes it's not just the food that sticks with you—it's the experience, the people, and the feeling of discovering a place you'll always want to come back to.
