Productive day today. Double batch of monster cookies (14 dozen), quadruple batch of scotcheroos (16 dozen), and 21 quarts of knoephla soup. I do have limited quantities of each available and will be taking a little hiatus on the Knoephla as it is very labor intensive and I normally make it twice a year and have done it 4 times now in the last two weeks! 🤯😂
