“A Seasonal, Occasional Shop”

This phrase is under the logo on The Granary’s business card. It’s also my response when people walk in the door for the first time, and ask “what is this place?”

And now the seasons of spring and summer are complete at The Granary!

Welcoming so many of you in to browse, shop, chat with others, and to just enjoy The Granary, means more than I can say. Thank you to everyone who made The Granary a part of your busy summer!

The Granary is open tomorrow!

🐾 🐶 Dog Day of Summer! 🐾 🐶

Bring your dog along for a fun day of shopping at The Granary! Every dog who walks through our doors will get a free tasty treat and probably one (or three) to take home!

Cat toys/treats also available 🐱

All dog items in The Granary (see picture in this post) will be 20% off tomorrow 🎉

Beardsley Days Kickoff at The Granary is only two days away!

📅 Date: July 17th
⏰ The Granary Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
🎶 Live Music: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

4️⃣ Guest vendors will be setup outside of the granary:

•Blossom & Root Design (locally grown, seasonal flower bouquets - Milbank SD) 10am-2pm. This is Amy’s first vendor event in Beardsley!

•Lake Ave. Jewelry (handmade jewelry - Graceville MN) 4pm-8:30pm. Customers always comment on the nice variety of earrings, bracelets and necklaces that Deb has displayed in her booth!

•AbeeJunk (pottery, vintage dishware and thrifted curated pieces - Fargo, ND) 4pm-8:30pm. Kelly (owner) is not able to setup as a vendor at Market on Main this year, so here is your chance to shop and check out her inventory!

•Better Beardsley Community (BBC) is a nonprofit volunteer group that helps the city maintain and make improvements at the Beardsley Beacon. BBC will be setup from 4pm-8:30pm, and will be selling patriotic buttons for your chance to win three cash prizes. You will have a chance to bid on TWO beautiful, handmade patriotic quilts (silent auction). Lastly, you will have a chance to purchase a pair of roller skates, that came from the Beardsley Auditorium, while supply lasts. THANK YOU for supporting the Better Beardsley Community!

The Granary is FULL of vintage goods, a fresh new restock of candles, handcrafted pieces, and unique curated pieces. Whether you’re looking for the perfect gift for someone or treating yourself to something meaningful, we hope you’ll stop by!

Good news! The Sun Dried Linen & Lemon candle - the one that you guys loved at my spring open house- has been restocked ! Black raspberry magnolia is also available again, along with Brazilian Crush, which is a new scent.

I have had the chance to go on several “picking trips” this summer. From small, seasonal shops in northern MN, to a local barn that was getting demolished and even a property dating back to the late 1890’s, I have been able to source some great pieces! A small card making station is setup inside the granary for you (or your children) to make a handmade card or gift-tag for dad 🎁

Seeing so many of you browsing, shopping, connecting, and enjoying The Granary, means more than I can say.

From wandering the shop to supporting the vendors outside, it felt like the perfect way to welcome the season back in Beardsley!

Some of you visit The Granary often. Some of you were stepping in for the very first time.
