What’s one of our upcoming changes that you’re most excited for?
-Açaí bowls
-Gourmet milkshakes/Dirty Sodas
-Expansions on our dessert menu.
Me personally, I’m excited for all! The idea of having so many additional offerings, with the cannolis, desserts, drinks, and trying my hand with açaí. I was really dreading our move. But now I’m excited!
So with that being said, here’s some new information and updates I wanna share.
1.) The goal currently is to have a soft opening July 20th lasting through July 24th. We’ll have menu at half capacity in this period. With our grand Re-opening being Saturday July 25th. Where we will be at full send with our menu.
The donuts will still be awesome, and the same quality you expect. But I can’t lie. Allowing them to take a passenger seat, and expanding our horizons to broader services and customer bases. It’s pretty great.
2.) We will also be implementing a more structured delivery system, to allow us to bring our offerings to you, at your convenience.
3.) I haven’t mentioned this yet. But we are trying a new approach to cake offerings. Quick and easy birthday/special occasion cakes will be offered in in grab-n-go accessibility. Meaning we will have sheet, round, & some layer cakes, Some themed, Some basic, for you to grab last minute cakes for special occasions. We can also offer “5 min birthday cakes” where we can quickly add candles, writing , or more personal details for you to the more plain/basic cakes offered.
An example would be adding someone’s name, writing the reason for celebrating, candles etc.
We will also have custom orders that can be placed in advance.
4.) Well be advertising a list of our local vendors that will make up our “boutique “ aspect of the new location soon, I’m just waiting till everyone is locked in, and we can gather photos of their products and such to better advertise! But we got quite a bit lined up that I’m excited for.
5.) I’m also working on selling our fritters frozen! As well as fresh made ones daily. Pre packaged, and bought for the purpose of take home—thaw to eat convenience. For folks who wanna make one trip, but want to have enough to last em the week.
6.) I’ll be placing out a menu with prices soon as well. Well just trying to configure the best places to source our stuff, so we can comfortably make profit while also helping to offer you affordable food, because let’s face it, we can capitalize off tourism with ridiculous price hikes, or I can be up front, honest, and seek to serve my locals, and visitors alike in a price range that’s affordable to all. I want what’s fair. Not what I think I can get away with. So that’s why this is taking some time to work out. But it’s on the way.
Anyway. We are open till 5 or sellout today yall, variety of donut and fritter flavors up, as well as cannolis. So stop by and see us.
